     ‘Bareeq Al Shatti’ or ‘Shining Shatti’ (was called
     during the initial  stage of the project) is a
     landmark freehold residential building at  the
     heart of Muscat  city.It was a challenging design
     on a thin strip of land existing between two busy
     vehicular way  with very high topographical level
     difference.

 
 
   This contemporary structure is designed with as
     minimum as 15M. wide at one end, stretching a
     length of quarter kilometre and maximizing the
     width to 40M. at the other end. Due to
     topographical imbalance in the land profile,it has
     two ground levels, one each for residential and
     commercial floor. The commercial floor has a
     sprawling shopping arcade covering 10,000 sqm.
     Bareeq Al Shatti is designed with 250 odd
     apartments,shopping arcade, with basement
     parking for the residents with a total built-up area
     of 63,000 sqm.
     All the apartments (top two floors) on the
     northern side has a panaromic view of the sea
     and the penthouse apartments has an added
     terrace.
